Your story belongs to you.

You can take your story with you or delete your account at any time, right from the app.

Export

Open Settings → Take your story with you. You’ll get a readable copy of your profile, your memories and where they came from, and your conversations. Exporting doesn’t delete anything.

Delete your account

Open Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. You may be asked to sign in again first. You’re signed out straight away, and your conversations, memories, notes, pictures and other media are deleted. Any recovery copies expire within 30 days.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Can’t open the app?

Write to support@hellosoul.my from the email address you signed in with, and we’ll help you export or delete your account.
