HelloSoul is an AI companion for adults. It is not a human, therapist, emergency service, or a substitute for people in your life.
Companionship without pressure
No guilt for taking time away. No affection scores, jealousy, streak penalties, or paid emotional rescue. Buying a gift or subscription never makes the companion care more. You choose the pace and can pause reminders at any time. Friendship and consensual romantic companionship are equally welcome, with the same access. Your boundaries and corrections guide the dynamic, and you can reset it while keeping your memories.
When a conversation gets difficult
The companion is designed to acknowledge distress without affirming unsupported beliefs or giving dangerous instructions. Immediate-risk conversations should encourage support from trusted people and emergency services. Automated detection is imperfect and cannot provide emergency monitoring or dispatch.

Report a concern
In the app, go to Settings → Help & report a concern to tell us about a reply, a picture or anything else that felt wrong. Reports include only what you choose to share, and you can follow their status and appeal a decision there. You can also write to support@hellosoul.my. Reports are not emergency messages.
Adults only, with care for content
HelloSoul is for adults 18 and over. Romantic conversation may require an age check on your iPhone, and replies and pictures pass automated safety checks. Romance always stays non-explicit: no sexual acts, nudity or erotic content, for everyone. Sexual content involving minors, real-person impersonation and violent wrongdoing are never allowed.
You stay in control
Pause messages, pictures and check-in calls, set quiet hours, turn on Home privacy for neutral notifications, and inspect or forget anything your companion remembers, all in Settings.
