Something didn’t feel right?

In the app, open Settings → Help & report a concern. You choose what to include, such as a message or a short note, and our team will review it.

Subscriptions and refunds

Plans and extra hours are bought through the App Store, so Apple handles billing. To change or cancel a subscription, open your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. To ask for a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restore purchases

New phone, or a plan that isn’t showing? Sign in with the same account, then open Settings → Your plan & usage → Restore purchases. Extra hours you’ve already added stay in your balance.

Calls and the microphone

If your companion can’t hear you, check that HelloSoul may use the microphone in your iPhone’s Settings → HelloSoul. Calls need a steady internet connection and some call time left this month. Each call runs up to 15 minutes, and you can call again straight away. If a call won’t connect, you can always keep talking in text.

Notifications

To get messages and calls from your companion, allow notifications in your iPhone’s Settings → Notifications → HelloSoul, and keep Notifications on in Settings → Privacy & permissions in the app. To pause a check-in, open Settings → Little rituals.

Correct a memory

Open Settings → Memory garden, choose the memory and edit it. Your correction takes priority over older sources. Choose Forget this memory to remove it.

Export or delete your account

Open Settings → Take your story with you to export, or Settings → Account → Delete account to delete everything. More about your data.
